An increasing number of LPTV’s using the spectrum that was won by T-Mobile are being given their 120-day notice, many this week, to vacate their channel, prior to the transition phases.

W10BM has attached an August 2004 credit card statement that shows a payment to the FCC for a total of $1125. Also attached is a screenshot at an attempted renewal in May of 2004 in the sometimes-confusing CDBS Electronic Filing System. The documents also show that the renewal letter was sent to an incorrect address in a different town. Continue reading
