The 3 year clocks begins today, 13 July 2018, to build out all unbuilt LPTV construction permits, that were filed for (and approved) in previous application windows.
All stations must be built out by 13 July 2021, with an additional 6 months for those who file(d) for extensions.
Timeline:
- 13 July 2018 :: All CP’s that were granted as of this date start the 3 year clock
- 13 July 2021 :: All CP’s that have not filed for extensions must be on-air.
- 13 Jan. 2022 :: Remaining CP’s must be on air.
